Description
This fragment shows an octagon containing a flower in a wave pattern border. This mosaic was found when the Congregational Church site in Dyer Street, Cirencester was redeveloped in 1972. It dates from the second century AD and was probably laid in the same house as the Hunting Dogs and Seasons mosaics.
