How it works
You access our audio guide through your own mobile device. To access through your own device, you’ll need to bring:
- A fully charged smart mobile phone or tablet with access to the internet
- A set of headphones
The audio guide is available to buy online or at the Welcome Desk for £4.95.
Our audio Guide is free to visitors with visual impairments, just ask at the Welcome Desk for more information and assistance.
Once you have purchased the audio guide simply scan the QR code (or type in the URL) at the Welcome Desk when you visit, which will give you access to the guide through a web browser like Google Chrome or Safari.
Help will be on hand from our staff if you need it.
The small print
- There’s no need to download anything – the audio guide will open in a web browser so won’t take up any additional space on your phone. This will take around 30 – 40 seconds
- We don’t collect any personal data when you access the content of the audio guide
- Our audio guides work best on your phone through your browser, especially on Safari and Google Chrome
