Description
This mosaic was found under Dyer Street, Cirencester in 1849, inspiring the creation of the first Corinium Museum. In the centre, three dogs converge on their prey; the largest dog wears a collar. We do not know what animal they were hunting, as this part of the mosaic was incomplete when found and has been patched with plain tesserae.
