Tudor houses, surrounded by their gardens have always been looked on as picturesque but how were they built and how were they used and decorated? We look at records in the way of inventories and wills which give us insight into the Tudor home and discover what was common place in the Tudor garden and why. Cherry Hubbard is an engaging museum professional, interpreting social and domestic history with much experience in public. Her specialist areas are the Tudor and Roman periods.
