Sarah White is a local Cirencester Artist and textile designer. She is inspired by the richness of
seasonal colours and shapes from the Cotswold landscape. Her paintings and studies concentrate on the effect of light falling on linear forms. The colours are layered and diffused using inks, dyes and pastels and she paints on velvet to create extra blended softness. Additional landscape studies are explored using collagraph techniques, either monochrome or tinted to build up textural layers.
