With this unique and dynamic movement practice, you will awaken your body, your mind and your voice, while developing your flexibility, mobility, tonicity, breathing and concentration through the fluidity of movement.
The main points of this workshop:
- Developing calm, free, comfortable and simple breathing techniques that work in your everyday life.
- The importance of getting back your real self so you can make better use of your potential to adapt while remaining in tune.
- Boosting your strength and confidence by awakening your human and bodily awareness to become more at ease with the world around you.
- Gaining in mobility and flexibility; moving better, getting around better, communicating better.
- Getting yourself moving while remaining stable, strong and light to distribute the exertion more evenly.
