We are currently taking applications for educators with experience working with children to help assist learning workshops for schools.
The time commitment would be roughly 2 hours, and this includes setting up the classroom, assisting an hour learning session, and tidying up materials after. Workshop leaders will support Museum staff by facilitating school workshops. Assistants will help to set up and facilitate learning or craft workshops. The topics include Stone Age to Iron Age, Romans, Anglo-Saxons and Tudor England. There is also the opportunity to supervise handling tables in the museum galleries.
