Gladiator Re-enactment
Re-enactment group LEGIO SECUNDA AUGUSTA will take over the museum’s hare gallery with their Gladiator shows during the school holidays. With talks and Gladiatorial combat, suitable for families, the group will bring Gladiators to life for museum visitor. Cancelled Corinium Museum have partnered with The Lab at Gloucestershire Libraries to offer a day of digital discovery in the Winstone Learning Centre. Visitors are invited to drop in and try their hand at a range of accessible digital activities which include: a 3D scanner, a 3D printer, materials produced using a laser cutter, and virtual and augmented reality headsets. Bring your Mum to Corinium Museum for free this Mother’s Day! As a thank you, any mum visiting on Mothers’ Day, Sunday 19 March 2-4pm, can enjoy free admission to the Museum.
