Family Drop-in Session
Get crafty at our family drop-in sessions and come away with a unique piece of art inspired by the museum. It is a great way to stimulate creativity and imagination, while learning a little about history. Activities may vary, but most will include colouring, cutting and sticking. During this workshop you will create a Roman shield and sword so that you feel as ready as a real Roman soldier to venture into the world to do battle. Join us for a morning of mosaic making. We will explore the museum looking for inspiration from the museum’s Roman mosaic collections.
