- Description
- Double-sided composite bone or antler comb, found in grave 18 during excavations at an Anglo-Saxon cemetery at Butler's Field, Lechlade, Gloucestershire, in 1985. Combs demonstrate that the Anglo-Saxons took care with their appearance and that they had the time and leisure for such tasks.
