Family Drop-in Session
Get crafty at our family drop-in sessions and come away with a unique piece of art inspired by the museum. It is a great way to stimulate creativity and imagination, while learning a little about history. Activities may vary, but most will include colouring, cutting and sticking. This creative workshop is inspired by archaeology from the Roman fort and from tombstones of Roman cavalrymen. Join us for a morning of mosaic making. We will explore the museum looking for inspiration from the museum’s Roman mosaic collections.
